This new residential project has been conceived as a continuation of the present very calm locality of pretty family houses on Ke Golfu Street in Olšová Vrata. In 2022, all utilities were completely finished (water, electricity, sewer system, service roads, public lighting, and telecommunication /optical network) for all phases of construction, which consists of 50 building plots. It is surrounded by the pristine nature of Landscape Park Slavkovský les (meadows, forests, ponds, peat bogs), and yet the spa center is accessible by a 5–10minute car ride or public transport bus ride via both the new and old Prague routes. In the center of Olšová Vrata, there is a new food market, a garni guest-house, a preschool, public transport, tennis courts, and a beautiful playground for children. The nearby golf resort serves not only golfers, but is also very popular among the aficionados of cross-country skiing. The locality is also intersected by several extensively used cycle paths – the paths to Andělská Hora or Kolová are especially popular.
